Well, well, well, look what we got here. Comedy movies 1982. That’s the thing, ain’t it? 1982, I tell ya, them times were somethin’ else. People had different ways those days, you know? Movies, they made ’em different back then. Not like today. Today’s movies, I don’t know about those. But 1982? Those were some real knee-slappers, I reckon.
They had all sorts of funny comedy movies 1982. You got your silly ones, you got your ones with folks fallin’ down, folks gettin’ hit with pies, you name it. Comedy, they knew how to do it. And people, they loved it. We all needed a good laugh then, just like now. Maybe even more so, what with this and that goin’ on in the world.
I remember one, oh, what was it now? Bugs Bunny, yeah. Bugs Bunny’s 3rd movie. That one was a real hoot, that one was. All them cartoons, you know? Bugs Bunny’s 3rd Movie: 1001 Rabbit Tales (1982). That was somethin’, that was. I remember sittin’ there, watchin’ it, and just laughin’ and laughin’. And kids loved it too, which is a good thing. Good, clean fun, you know? For the 1982 comedy movie, it was a good year for laughs, I suppose. All those animation, you know. Make you feel like a kid again. And the adventure. A good laugh and a good time, that’s what matters.
There’s one about a fella, an actor. A fella, he can’t get a job. Michael Dorsey, an unsuccessful actor, they say. Can’t get no job, you see. And that was a comedy movies 1982 too. People sayin’ it’s one of the good ones. One of them 80s comedy movies, you know. They made a lot of them in the 80s. All them 1980s comedy movies. Some good, some not so good. But that one, about the actor, I hear it’s a good one. One of the best, they say.
And let me tell ya somethin’. There was this one, Airplane! Now that one, that was funny. They say it’s the funniest one ever. Airplane! is objectively the funniest movie ever, that’s what they say. I don’t know about all that “objectively” stuff, but it sure made me chuckle. All them folks gettin’ sick on the plane, oh boy. Food poison, they called it. Makes ya think twice about eatin’ on them airplanes, don’t it?
Now, they got all these ways to watch these things now. You can watch ’em here, you can watch ’em there. You can filter ’em, whatever that means. By the year, by the, uh, what’s it called? The genre. Like, if it’s a funny one, or a sad one, or a scary one. That’s somethin’, ain’t it? We just had the one picture show in town, and you watched what they played. Didn’t have all this fancy filterin’ and what not. And these ratings. Rotten Tomatoes, they call one. What in the world is a rotten tomato doin’ with a movie? And then there’s Imdb, and another one, Meta-somethin’. It’s all beyond me, I tell ya.
In them days, you saw a movie, you liked it or you didn’t. Simple as that. Now they got all these lists. The 100 Best Comedies of the 80’s, they say. One hundred! Who can keep track of all that? And folks, they got their favorites. This one’s good, that one’s bad. It’s all a matter of taste, I reckon. One of them, Bill and Ted. Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure, that’s the one. They say it’s just a silly movie, but folks like it. People liked them 1980s comedy movies, that’s for sure.

This one’s good, that one’s not. But I tell ya, they just don’t make ’em like they used to. These comedy movies 1982, they had somethin’ special. A little bit of magic, maybe. Or maybe it’s just me gettin’ old. But I sure do miss those days. Simpler times, you know? Simpler movies. Good times, good laughs.
Anyways, if you get a chance, take a look at one of them comedy movies 1982. You might just get a kick out of it. And if you don’t, well, that’s okay too. There’s plenty more fish in the sea, as they say. Or plenty more movies on the, uh, whatchamacallit. The streaming thing. Just find somethin’ that makes ya laugh. That’s the important thing, ain’t it? A good laugh, that’s what we all need. Especially these days.
