If this is the truth, then it should've ended with The Final Conflict, because that was the film in which Damien was killed; but his children continued his legacy.

Only problem with this is,
A. The tagline and MPPA at the end isn’t accurate to how it looked in the 70s.
B. It was 20th century Fox in the 70s. Not studios

The First Omen…it should’ve been the last, but we still plague the screen with franchise instalments.
Whilst the film itself will likely be utter dross, this was actually really well done.
They should've done this. Everyone would've given it a chance
If the whole movie was this style it would hide a lot of the flaws the actual movie may have. The 4:3 aspect ratio would add suspense as we have a smaller field of vision.
Missed opportunity. Maybe they can release a 70s edited version.
