Ok but, like, why those particular masks? Is it just supposed to be the crimson ghost? Or does the costume designer just REALLY like the misfits? Or do they even know the significance of that particular skull?

Looks like a good Halloween film to watch during the spooky season.
finally a movie that portrays reality, so we can see a young strong and independent black girl be smarter and more level headed than the silly white boys, i bet she saves the day. Just like reality.
