This here Netflix, it’s got all them shows, I tell ya! Lots of folks been watchin’ it. What to watch on Netflix? I hear that a lot. Well, I don’t know everything, but I seen a few things, and I can tell ya what’s what.
They got all kinds. Funny ones, sad ones, ones that make ya jump outta your skin! Netflix recommendations? Shoot, I got a few for ya, but there’s just so many, where do I even start?
Let me tell ya, people everywhere, Canada, everywhere, they all watchin’ the same stuff mostly. It’s like everybody’s talkin’ about the same thing, but on that there Netflix thingamajig. What’s popular on Netflix, they be askin. It’s all new shows on Netflix, old shows on Netflix. It’s whatever they like, I reckon.
- Some show, “A Man on the Inside,” or somethin’ like that. Sounds kinda serious, don’t it?
- There’s another one by that fella, Michael, and another named Ted. They made somethin’ else before, but I can’t rightly recall what it was.
Best shows on Netflix, they say. Now, who’s “they”? I don’t know, but they sure do talk a lot about what to watch, don’t they? They even make lists. Top 10, top 25, top whatever. It changes all the time, like the weather! One day it’s this, next day it’s that. Hard to keep up, I tell ya.
Me? I like them ones that make me laugh. Life’s hard enough, you don’t need no more sadness on that TV screen. But some folks like them scary ones, or them ones where everyone’s cryin’ all the time. To each their own, I always say.
They got these things, “Netflix original shows.” That means they made ’em themselves, I guess. Like bakin’ your own bread instead of buyin’ it at the store. Some of ’em are pretty good, I gotta admit. They talk about them a lot, these Netflix originals. Makes ya feel like you gotta watch ’em, just to know what everyone’s goin’ on about.
Now, there’s a whole heap of shows on this Netflix thing. More than you can shake a stick at, that’s for sure. Pickin’ just a few to talk about, well, that’s like tryin’ to pick just a few kernels of corn out of a whole field!
They got lists, you know. Big long lists of what to watch. Top 10 TV shows, they call one of ’em. Then there’s another one, Top 10 Movies. Like a popularity contest, I reckon. Changes every day, too. Keeps ya on your toes, I suppose.
I don’t know how they figure out what’s popular. Maybe they count how many folks are watchin’ each thing. Or maybe they just ask around. Who knows? It’s a mystery to me. But they say it’s updated every day. What to watch on Netflix today will be different from what to watch on Netflix tomorrow.
If you got that Netflix thing, you’ll see these lists right there on the screen when you turn it on. Big as day. Can’t miss ’em. Unless you ain’t got it in your area, I guess. Then you’re outta luck.
But don’t you worry none. Even if you don’t have them fancy lists, there’s still plenty to watch. Just gotta poke around a bit, see what strikes your fancy. That’s what I do. I just browse around until somethin’ catches my eye.
And if you can’t find nothin’ you like, well, there’s always somethin’ else to do. Read a book, take a walk, visit with your neighbors. Don’t let that Netflix thing run your life, you hear?
But I gotta say, it is kinda nice to have somethin’ to watch when you’re bored. Or when it’s rainin’ cats and dogs outside. Or when you just need a little somethin’ to take your mind off things. Netflix got your back, as they say.
So, there you have it. My two cents on this whole Netflix business. It’s a big ol’ world of shows out there, just waitin’ to be watched. So, next time someone’s wonderin’ what are the best shows on Netflix, just tell ’em to take a gander and see for themselves. They’re bound to find somethin’ they like. It’s like what they say about Netflix, “Explore what others are watching around the world to find what you should stream next.” Or somethin’ like that. Well, that’s a whole lot of somethin’.
They say it is tough to pick just 30 shows from so many. Well, I sure as heck don’t know how they do it. I just know there is a lot to watch. It’s like a whole lot of nothin’ and everything all at the same time. You know what I mean? Probably not, but that is okay. So, don’t you go gettin’ overwhelmed by all them choices on Netflix. Just remember to breathe. You don’t have to watch them all. New shows are always comin’ out. Always somethin’ new on Netflix. It is always somethin’, ain’t it? Just take it one show at a time, that’s what I say. And if you don’t like it, well, there’s always somethin’ else.
