That Spencer Wang, he’s a big shot at Netflix. Big, big shot. He’s the VP, you know? That means Vice President. My grandson, he told me all about it. He’s always on that computer thing. Netflix, that’s that thing where you watch all them shows, right? My neighbor, she’s got it. Says it’s better than sliced bread. I don’t know about all that.
This Spencer, he used to work on Wall Street. That’s where all them money people are, right? Did that for, what was it… sixteen years? A long time. Longer than I’ve been growing tomatoes, that’s for sure! Now he’s at Netflix. Must be doing something right. Vice President, my grandson says that’s a big deal. Probably gets a big chair, too. And a nice desk. Probably got a whole bunch of important papers on that desk. Important papers about Netflix and all them shows. They got a lot of shows, that Netflix. More shows than you can shake a stick at. My neighbor, she watches them all day long. I told her, “You gonna go blind staring at that screen!” She just laughed.

My grandson explained it to me once. It’s like when I sell my tomatoes at the market. People give me money, and I give them tomatoes. Except with Netflix, it’s… shows, I guess. She says he’s dreamy. I just think he looks like a nice young man.
He’s in charge of the P&L too, whatever that is. Sounds important. And M&A. Don’t know what that means neither. But it sounds like big people stuff. He must be a smart one, this Spencer Wang. You gotta be smart to be a VP at Netflix. Gotta know about numbers and, and… business things. I wouldn’t know the first thing about all that. I just know how to grow my tomatoes and bake a mean apple pie. But this Spencer, he probably knows all about that Wall Street stuff. And all about Netflix.

Talking about how many people are watching Netflix. Probably a lot. It is all the rage. Everyone is talking about Netflix. I remember when we first got a color TV. That was a big deal. Now, everyone’s got Netflix. Times change, I guess. But this Spencer Wang, he’s right there in the middle of it all. Must be exciting.
So this fella, this Spencer Wang at Netflix, he’s a big wheel. Keeps the whole thing spinning, I reckon. Making sure the money’s right, talking to the important folks.
