So, I wanted to catch a flick this weekend and decided to check out what was playing at the local cinema in Uniontown. I’m not picky, just wanted to get out of the house, you know?
First, I tried to find out what theaters are even in Uniontown. Turns out there’s at least one called “Uniontown 6,” which sounded promising. I started googling like crazy. Typed in “Uniontown movie theater showtimes” and a bunch of stuff popped up.
I noticed that there was a website called “Atom Tickets,” they had information about Uniontown 6, and it seemed like I could even buy tickets and order snacks online through them. That’s pretty convenient.
I also searched for theaters near the zip code 15401, just to be sure I wasn’t missing any other options. It looks like Uniontown 6 is the main one around here.
Then I started looking for showtimes. A lot of the websites had similar information. Some had ratings and trailers too. Another one was about “AMC Classic Uniontown 6” which had an address, so I guess that is the cinema’s official name.
I saw that some websites listed movies that were playing and others that were coming soon. There was also a website that let you sort movies by user ratings or release dates. I found one that said there are usually about 20 minutes of trailers before the movie actually starts. I guess that’s pretty standard, but good to know.
