So, I saw this thing floating around about Blake Shelton’s new Christmas movie, and I got curious. It’s called “Time For Her To Come Home For Christmas.” I’m not usually big on Christmas movies, but hey, it’s Blake Shelton, right?
First, I checked out his social media post. He shared a trailer for the movie, and it looks pretty interesting. It got me hooked, I won’t lie. The movie is on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, which is a channel I don’t usually watch, but I made an exception for this.
I did a little more digging, and found out that Blake’s an executive producer on this one. That’s kinda cool, seeing him branch out like that. He’s known for “The Voice,” but now he’s diving into the Christmas movie world.
I set a reminder for the premiere, 8/7c on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. Gotta make sure I don’t miss it. I grabbed some snacks, got comfy on the couch, and prepared for some holiday cheesiness. The movie started, and it was actually pretty heartwarming. It had all the usual Christmas movie elements: small town, a little romance, and some holiday magic.
I got pretty invested in the story and the characters, actually. The movie had a good message about family and coming home for the holidays. It’s not going to win any Oscars, but it’s a nice, feel-good movie to watch during the Christmas season.
