Hey everyone, so, I’ve been meaning to get my hands on the “Left Behind” movie series for a while now. You know, the one about the rapture and all that? Well, today I finally went for it.
First things first, I started poking around online to see what my options were. I knew there were a few different movies in the series, so I wanted to find a collection that had them all. I checked out a few different sites, and there it was, “Left Behind: The DVD Collection”. Seemed like exactly what I was looking for.
I skimmed through some descriptions. Apparently, the story is about millions of people just vanishing into thin air, which is, you know, pretty intense. The collection I found included the original trilogy: “Left Behind: The Movie,” “Left Behind II: Tribulation Force,” and “Left Behind: World at War.”
- Left Behind: The Movie
- Left Behind II: Tribulation Force
- Left Behind: World at War
The prices were all over the place, honestly. But after comparing a few sites, I found a pretty good deal. And since it’s the DVD collection, I figured it’s something nice to have on hand. There’s also “Left Behind: Rise of the Antichrist” in 2023, which is a sequel to the 2014’s “Left Behind” with a different cast.
Anyway, I went ahead and ordered it. While I was at it, I stumbled upon this other movie, “Left Behind – Vanished: Next Generation.” It’s a Blu-ray, and it looks like it came out in 2016. It seems to be related but not part of the original trilogy. But the main thing is the first three movies, which all are about 1 hour and 35 minutes long. That’s what I wanted.
So yeah, that’s my little movie adventure for today. I’m pretty stoked to finally watch these movies. I’ve heard mixed things, but I’m a sucker for a good apocalyptic thriller, so we’ll see how it goes.

Oh, and get this, I also found out that there was a reboot in 2014 with Nicolas Cage, also called “Left Behind.” And then another one in 2023, “Left Behind: Rise of the Antichrist,” with a whole new cast. Crazy, right? I guess this story really captured people’s imaginations.
Alright, that’s all for now. I’ll probably post an update once I’ve had a chance to watch them. Stay tuned!
