Alright, so the other day I was scrolling through Netflix, as you do, and I got to thinking, “I wonder how many Danny Trejo movies are on here?” You know, the guy with the awesome mustache and the even more awesome machete skills. So, I decided to find out.
First, I grabbed my phone and opened up the Netflix app. Pretty straightforward, right? Then, I hit the little search icon – you know, the magnifying glass one – and typed in “Danny Trejo”.
The app started working its magic, and boom! A whole bunch of titles popped up. Now, I had to do a bit of digging, because not everything that comes up is actually a movie where he’s, like, in it. Sometimes he’s just listed in the “related” section or whatever.
My Method
So, how did i do it:
- Open Netflix: First things first, opened up the app.
- Search: Typed “Danny Trejo” into the search bar.
- Scroll and Check: I started scrolling through, clicking on the titles that looked promising.
- Verify:I made sure he was actually in the movie, not just a cameo.
I went through each result, one by one. I’d click on a title, check the cast list, and see if our man Danny was there. If he was, I’d make a mental note (or sometimes I’d jot it down on a sticky note, ’cause I’m old school like that). If not, I’d move on to the next one.
Honestly, it took a little while. There were a few false alarms, like movies where he was just mentioned or something. But I kept at it, determined to get a good count.
It might sound a little tedious, but for any given actor, it’s not so bad and a good way to get a list of some things you might want to watch later.
