Al Pacino and Robert De Niro are together again.
The big screen icons — previously seen together in such films as 2019’s The Irishman, 2008’s Righteous Kill, 1995’s Heat and 1974’s The Godfather Part II — linked up for their first-ever joint brand campaign on behalf of Moncler. True to the campaign’s global rollout, “Warmer Together,” Pacino and De Niro get close and cozy while wearing the latest winter-ready wares from the luxury fashion house as an “expression of friendship, connection and human warmth.”
“Warmth was never about the outside,” De Niro says in a clip from the campaign. “It was always about what was happening on the inside.” Offers Pacino: “Friendship is the greatest thing you can have. Friends, people whom you share the same world with. There is just an innate trust. And the understanding of life.”

“For decades, Moncler has been associated with winter and puffer jackets, but I have always felt that Moncler is about something deeper: love and a sense of togetherness,” explains Moncler chairman and CEO Remo Ruffini. “These values have shaped everything we’ve done for over 70 years. Across every product and every campaign, there runs a consistent thread of emotion and human connection.
Through their story of friendship, Al Pacino and Robert De Niro embody everything Moncler truly stands for: affection, warmth, and the belief that we are all better and warmer together.”
The campaign was shot in New York by acclaimed lensman Platon. Pacino and De Niro see their story unfold in black-and-white images and a selection of short films focused on the five themes of friendship, respect, connection, trust and warmth. As part of the campaign, Moncler ambassador Tobe Nwigwe and his wife, Fat, recorded a version of the Bill Withers classic “Lean on Me.” See more from the campaign below.
