Vine Street’s a busy place, full of all kinds of people goin’ this way and that. And this big ol’ Netflix campus, it sure stands out among the tall buildings and all the glitz and glam around there. It ain’t just a place to work, though. It’s more like a little world of its own. They’ve been buildin’ this thing for almost three years, and now, they’re finally about done with it. I hear they’re close to finishin’ up the whole thing, and soon enough, folks are gonna be comin’ in and out, workin’ and creatin’ all them shows and movies we like to watch.
And I reckon Netflix’s got big plans for this space, too. They ain’t just sittin’ around watchin’ the world go by. Nope, they signed themselves a lease for the whole dang campus. Every last inch of that 355 thousand square foot area is all theirs! Now, if you ask me, that’s a whole lotta space. I mean, just think about all the people who’ll be workin’ there, makin’ new movies and shows, runnin’ things day in and day out.
But it ain’t just workin’ folks they’re thinkin’ about, either. Nope, they got things like Netflix Originals that are just as big a deal. For instance, there’s this show called “You vs. Wild” with that feller Bear Grylls. He’s the one who does all them survival tricks, tryin’ to stay alive in the wild. It’s an interactive show, where folks watch and then make choices to help ol’ Bear out. I hear it even got an Emmy nomination. Now, that’s somethin’ right there!
Seems like Netflix is all about reachin’ more folks with stuff like that, and this whole Netflix on Vine thing is just another way to make sure they keep bringin’ in the viewers. They know how to get the attention of people from all over. Heck, they even got it so you can say “*” to Siri, and it’ll pop right up on your watch. Now that’s real fancy, ain’t it? Makes it easier than ever to get to Netflix, whether you’re sittin’ at home or out and about.
So, when you think about it, Netflix on Vine ain’t just a big building in Hollywood. It’s a whole new way of workin’, creatin’, and connectin’ with folks. It’s a part of their big plan to keep takin’ over the world of entertainment. Who would’ve thought that a little ol’ company like Netflix, which started just showin’ movies on the internet, would end up with a big fancy campus in the middle of Hollywood? But I reckon that’s just the way the world’s goin’ nowadays. Things change quick, and if you don’t keep up, you’ll get left behind.
