Oh dear, it looks like we got a new Rey movie comin’ up! I reckon you all heard of the name Daisy Ridley, ain’t ya? She’s the one who played Rey in them Star Wars films. Now, the folks over at Lucasfilm are gettin’ mighty busy, and they say they’re workin’ on more movies with Rey in ’em. They’re even sayin’ she might be the star of a whole new trilogy. Well, I reckon that’s a big ol’ deal, ain’t it? Some folks say they’re hopin’ for her to be part of a new Star Wars story written by Simon Kinberg. But hold on, it might clash with a new film by Obaid-Chinoy. Seems like there’s a lot goin’ on, but I ain’t so sure what all this means just yet!
Now, let me tell ya, this ain’t the last Star Wars movie. Oh no, no, no. They’s sayin’ this one is just the end of the Skywalker Saga, them first nine films. But you best believe there’s more comin’. They talk about a whole new trilogy by Rian Johnson, set in a completely different time. And there might be some spin-offs too, who knows! Looks like Star Wars ain’t goin’ nowhere, that’s for sure.
In 2023, they also said somethin’ about a Lando movie—yes, you heard me right—Lando! Seems like they’re gonna change that from a show to a full-blown movie now. Ain’t that somethin’? You think we’re finally gonna get a proper Lando adventure? Maybe, just maybe, we’ll find out what he’s been up to after all these years.
So, when can we expect all these new Star Wars films? Well, the folks at Disney have been a little behind schedule with all this stuff, but it looks like the next three Star Wars movies will be comin’ out in May 2026, December 2026, and then December 2027. So, we got a good wait ahead of us, folks! But don’t you worry, there’s plenty of time to get excited about all the new adventures in that galaxy far, far away.
But the one we’re all lookin’ at is that Rey movie, ain’t we? Daisy Ridley comin’ back to play Rey in a new movie called the “New Jedi Order.” This here movie is somethin’ that Lucasfilm boss Kathleen Kennedy promised us four years ago, and now they’re finally bringin’ it to life. I reckon this is gonna be somethin’ special, and it’s sure to give folks a good reason to keep their eyes glued to the screen. Folks have been waitin’ long enough, I reckon it’s about time we get to see what’s next for Rey and her Jedi journey.
It’s a big ol’ time for Star Wars fans, and it seems like there’s always somethin’ new poppin’ up. With all these new movies and ideas comin’ down the line, I don’t think anyone’s gonna get bored anytime soon. The future of Star Wars sure is bright, and we ain’t even seen the half of it yet!
