8. This was tremendous. A Horror Film, with all Welsh dialogue. And scary AF. Not jump scare scary, but folk horror frightening.

13. Really enjoyed this movie! Its beautifully shot on breathtaking location. Its a small cast of incredible actors which makes it easy to follow the characters and storyline.

    My understanding of the movie is that the girl (Cadi) is the embodiment of Mother Earth or a Goddess of the Rise getting revenge on a rich family who ruin the land that lives on her turf.

    It could easily have been a preachy pretentious artsy movie about hugging trees and stop eating animals but the movie stuck to its tale and delivered a delightful dark twisted experience.

    Theres no jumpscares iirc, only some gory scenes and unnerving imagery.

    Id say if you found some enjoyment in any of these movies:

20. I should of known any movie, that's suppose to be scary, yet that blurs out the male chest area cause it might offend someone, well I should of known it wouldn't be scary to me.
    Horror or scary movies are suppose to offend peoples senses, so if they can't even show a naked man from the waste up, and feel showing a males naked chest is offensive, than why even make a scary movie

24. I’m only about 20min in, and so far all I can say is that the main character is terrible at her job. She can’t finish a single task without getting distracted and wandering off. Okay, now she just ran out of the house at full speed because the husband brought in a dead rabbit. I assume there will be a reason as to why this chick sucks, but as of right now I think I hate her lol
