Alright, so you wanna know about that town movie nun mask, huh? Let me tell ya, it ain’t somethin’ you see every day, that’s for sure. It’s from that movie, “The Town,” I think. Seen it a while back, all about them bank robbers and such.
Now, these fellas, they weren’t wearin’ no cute little kitty cat masks, no sir. They had these scary nun masks on, real creepy lookin’ things. Made ‘em look like somethin’ outta a nightmare, I tell ya. Pure white face, black around the eyes, and that big ol’ nun headgear thingy. Scared the bejesus outta the tellers, I bet.
I reckon you can buy these masks online now. Everything’s online these days, ain’t it? You got yer eBays and yer Amazons and all them places. Just type in somethin’ like “scary nun mask” or “The Town mask” and you’ll probably find a whole bunch. Some are cheap, some are fancy, it all depends on how much money you wanna throw away.
- Cheap ones: Probably made of thin plastic, might tear easy. Good for one night of trick-or-treatin’ I guess.
- Fancy ones: Maybe made of latex, more durable. Might even have real hair, if you’re into that kinda thing. Good for scarin’ the neighbors year after year.
Why you’d wanna wear one of them things is beyond me, though. Spookin’ folks ain’t my idea of a good time. But hey, to each their own, right? Maybe you’re goin’ to a costume party, or maybe you just wanna give your grandkids a little fright. Just don’t go robbin’ no banks with it, you hear? That’s a good way to end up in the slammer.
From what I hear, some of these masks are officially licensed, meanin’ they’re the real deal, just like the ones in the movie. Those’ll cost ya a pretty penny, I’d bet. But if you just want somethin’ that looks the part, you can get a cheaper one. It’s all the same, ain’t it, long as it scares the pants off folks?
I saw one online that said it was “latex” somethin’ or other. Sounds fancy, but all I know is it probably smells like a tire factory. And another one said it had a “collar.” Like a dog collar? I don’t get it. These youngsters and their fancy words, I swear.
Now, I ain’t no expert on masks, but I know a thing or two about scarin’ people. Back in my day, we didn’t need no fancy masks. We just jumped out from behind a bush and yelled “Boo!” Worked every time. But I guess times have changed. Now you gotta have all this special effects and whatnot.
Anyways, if you’re set on gettin’ one of them nun masks from The Town, just be careful where you wear it. You don’t wanna go walkin’ around town lookin’ like a bank robber, that’s for sure. Might get yourself into a heap of trouble. And for goodness sake, don’t wear it to church! That just ain’t right.
And another thing, make sure it fits right. You don’t want it slippin’ off your face in the middle of scarin’ somebody. That’d just ruin the whole effect, wouldn’t it? And make sure you can see outta the thing. Wouldn’t want you trippin’ over your own feet and breakin’ your hip.
