Well, let me tell ya, these horror movie statues, they ain’t for the faint of heart, that’s for sure. You know, those creepy things you see in the movies? Yeah, they make ’em into statues now. I saw some pictures online, and let me tell ya, they give me the goosebumps just lookin’ at ’em.

Some folks, they like this kinda stuff. They collect these statues, put ’em on shelves, like they’re some kinda prize. I don’t get it, myself. Give me a nice porcelain cat any day. But these young’uns, they like the scary stuff. They got statues of all sorts of monsters. You got your vampires, your werewolves, your zombies…all them things that go bump in the night.

  • Vampires, they got sharp teeth and they drink blood, you know.
  • Werewolves, they turn into big hairy wolves when the moon is full. Scary as all get-out.
  • Zombies, well, they’re just dead folks walkin’ around, eatin’ brains and such. Disgustin’, if you ask me.

And they ain’t cheap, neither! These horror movie statues, they cost a pretty penny. I seen some that cost more than my old mule, Bessie, and she was a good mule, let me tell ya. But folks pay it, they do. They want that creepy stuff in their houses.

I heard tell there’s even places where they sell just these kinda things. Nightmare Toys, they call it, or somethin’ like that. Sounds like a place I’d stay far away from, if you ask me. They got all sorts of horror movie things. Not just statues, but toys and other creepy stuff, too. Freddy Krueger, they got him. That Chucky doll, too. Nasty little things, they are.

I seen some pictures online, and they got statues of everything. From them old black and white monster movies, to the new ones with all the blood and guts. They got statues of the Universal Studios monsters, like Dracula and Frankenstein. And they got statues of them newer monsters, too. The ones from the video games and such. I don’t know nothin’ ’bout them video games, but the statues sure are somethin’ else.

You can get these statues in all different sizes, too. Some are small, like little toys. But some are big, real big. Life-size, they call ’em. Imagine havin’ a life-size statue of Michael Myers standin’ in your livin’ room! That’d scare the bejesus outta me, I tell ya.

And they ain’t just statues, neither. They got these things they call “horror art prints.” Pictures of the monsters, I guess. And they got figures, too. Little plastic things you can play with, I suppose. But the statues, them’s the real deal. They’re heavy and they’re detailed, and they look real spooky.

Some folks, they even get custom-made statues. They want a statue of a particular monster, or a particular scene from a movie, they can get it made. Can you believe that? Spendin’ all that money on somethin’ that’ll just give ya nightmares.

They got statues of all kinds of monsters. From the classic monsters, like Dracula and Frankenstein, to the modern monsters, like Freddy Krueger and Jason Voorhees. And they got statues of monsters from all different kinds of movies, too. Horror movies, sci-fi movies, even comic books. It’s a whole world out there, this horror stuff. And it ain’t cheap, like I said. But if you got the money and you like the creepy stuff, well, I guess it’s your business. Me, I’ll stick to my porcelain cats. They don’t bite, and they don’t give me nightmares.

But hey, to each their own, right? If them young’uns wanna spend their money on horror movie statues, well, that’s their lookout. Just don’t bring ’em around my house, that’s all I ask. I got enough to worry about without havin’ a bunch of plastic monsters starin’ at me all day long.

So, there ya have it. That’s all I know about these horror movie statues. Not much, I admit. But enough to know I don’t want nothin’ to do with ’em. They’re spooky, they’re expensive, and they give me the willies. But hey, if you like ’em, you like ’em. Just don’t say I didn’t warn ya.
