Alright, so you wanna know about this Salaar movie, huh? I saw it, and lemme tell ya, it’s a whole lotta somethin’. Don’t expect no fancy talk from me, I’m just gonna tell it like it is, the way I see it.

First off, this movie, they call it Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire. Sounds all important, right? Well, it starts way back in 1985, in this place called Khansaar. Now, Khansaar, they say it’s a city, but it sure acts like a whole country to me. Lots of fightin’ and politickin’, you know the type.

The story, well, it’s kinda complicated, but I’ll try to make it simple for ya. There’s this fella, Deva, and another one, Vardha. They’re friends, see? But turns out, Deva’s got a secret. He’s actually this Devaratha Raisaar, some kinda prince or somethin’ from Khansaar. His daddy was the rightful ruler, I guess.

This Vardha fella, he calls Deva his “Salaar.” Don’t ask me what that means, some kinda important soldier guy, I reckon. Anyway, the movie’s got a whole bunch of action, like, a whole bunch. People fightin’ with guns, knives, whatever they can get their hands on. It’s loud, real loud, and things blow up real good.

  • Lots of fightin’
  • Big explosions
  • Secret identities

Now, some folks say the first half of the movie is better than the second half. I kinda agree. The first part, it gets you all excited, you know? Then it kinda slows down a bit after the break. But still, there’s plenty of action all the way through.

I heard some people complainin’ about the movie not makin’ a thousand crore rupees. That’s a lotta money, I tell ya. But look, the movie made a good bit of money, so it can’t be all that bad, right? Seems like folks were expectin’ more, though.

One thing’s for sure, this movie ain’t for the faint of heart. It’s got an “A” certificate, which means it’s got some rough stuff in it. But it ain’t got no dirty stuff, they say. It’s just the fightin’ is real intense, like they didn’t wanna stop the action to make it nicer for the kids.

Some folks even said it felt like a trailer for a second movie. They set up a big war in this Khansaar place, but it don’t really finish in this movie. So, you gotta wait for the next one to see how it all ends, I guess. Darn cliffhangers, I tell ya!

This Prabhas fella, he’s the main guy, the Salaar guy. He does alright, I reckon. There’s this other fella too, Prithviraj Sukumaran, he’s good too. And that girl, Shruthi Haasan, she’s pretty as a picture, but she don’t do much in this movie.

Overall, if you like them action movies, you know, the ones with lots of fightin’ and shootin’, then you’ll probably like this Salaar movie. It ain’t the best movie I ever seen, but it ain’t the worst neither. It’s got some good parts, some not-so-good parts, but it keeps ya entertained, mostly.

Just don’t go expectin’ some deep thinkin’ movie, alright? It’s about fightin’, and friends, and secrets, and princes. And it’s loud. Real loud. So, if you got a headache, maybe wait for a day when you feelin’ better.

And that’s all I gotta say about that Salaar movie. Go see it if you want, don’t see it if you don’t. Makes no difference to me.
