Apocalypse of Ice – Already in the throes of a viral pandemic, a massive polar vortex threatens to cover nearly all of Earth in ice. When it’s discovered the only chance of survival from the cold is a 100-mile temperate zone near the equator, a virologist, with the pandemic’s only cure, must reach the safe zone within 24 hours if humanity is to have any hope of survival.

Well the female with spaghetti strap top on in a 35 degree room and no temp room on the entrance. They were either stupid or they thought we were.
👎👎👎
this movie is way out of line.. just to create suspense, director made a mess of it. While driving on an frozen ocean, they can see a ship stuck there for over a mile ahead but they had to break right in front of it like the driver is driving blind… this movie should be made again and by a better director and editor… Pathetic acting to top that. ? The frozen girl could easily slid in the box, she has 30 seconds, but no Director had to froze her? So many mistakes in this movie.?
Two thumbs up!
Birth control. Dumm asaes.
Man. Why can't man just let nature take is own course
Wow, two disasters at once!😅
The comments are better than the movie
Jill is so darn ignorant driving like a maniac in such extreme weather that's crazy 😡them sisters sre psychos. lol unbelievable poor man stitches him up without clesning the wound then asks Jill for disinfectant but he has first aid kit there oh my gosh who wrote this script haha 😂
4:42 So why was we not responsible then but we are now? Is it because of white people?
Good to hear your mellow voice! Love you. I love Jesus Christ too.
I don't see anything funny about this movie because it's going to actually happen and then more doomsday s things are going to happen and at the end God's going to burn 🔥 the world 🌎 away, the whole earth 🌎 then Jesus will rein the whole world 🌎 for one thousand of years peace and love. Then the Lion 🦁 will lay will the Lamb and the Serpent 🐍 will strike no more!!!!😮😢
This is mentioned in the Bible in the REVALATIONS!!!!!😮😢
Worry, drink, worry, drink, worry…I think you get the idea… it’s interesting how they captured the actual function of our government public servants when dealing with anything bigger than a paper cut
Dumb. Just jeans & thin shirt good enuf for -100° + no frostbite 🥶
Two commercials 4 minutes apart. then one a minute later. Nope, I'm done. I won't watch anything on Movie Central again. Bye.
I was so sad, when his fiance died. Glad the brother and sister found her, too.
I love the absurdities of low-budget movies, and this one has plenty:
The otherwise-rudimentary research facility sitting on the frozen Arctic Ocean has a beautiful, well-stocked liquor cabinet made of wood and glass. Did a military aircraft transport it and the booze? If you're at exactly 90 degrees north latitude, the geographic North Pole, you don't need to provide the longitude. They said the facility was 4200 meters above sea level–that's some thick sea ice! Reggie said he tried calling a "local emergency line" from the North Pole but "couldn't get through."
Assuming any existed in the middle of a frozen sea, who would be answering, Santa's elves? Good thing his walkie-talkie could connect him to someone about 6000 miles away in Panama.
They claimed saltwater can't freeze. Then how can the Arctic Ocean have a frozen surface? Seawater freezes at 28.4 F (-2 C).
At 22:51, I'm almost positive that a jet turbine engine spinning at thousands of RPMs and full of burning jet fuel would not freeze up like that.
One scientist said the only safe place to go is within 100 miles of the equator, then the other asked, "why Ecuador?" DUH!! It is not possible to drive from Panama to Ecuador, because there is no road through the mountainous jungle of the Darién Gap along the Panama-Colombia border. Even if there was a road, one scientist said there isn't enough time to reach Ecuador from Panama, then the other told her sister to hurry so she'd make it there from Texas.
Where did the rest of the passengers go after the plane crashed?
At 32:10, the pine tree forests of the Tropics are beautiful when it snows. The same is true at 33:39 for the forests and mountains of San Antonio. It's so helpful that the some stretches of the remote highway in Panama or Colombia were being regularly plowed and salted.
At 33:27, since they could see the ice covering the plane, they shouldn't be so eager to get outside.
It's cold enough at the plane crash site for a thick layer of ice to have formed over the wreck in less than one hour, but not cold enough that Sara needs a heavy coat.
A thrown suitcase broke through the ice, but a sharp metal object was taking too long.
The scientists (and the cure to the pandemic) survived the fall off a cliff in a pickup truck. And then they expected the truck to start! How much winter clothing would have been on-hand in Panama?
At 46:04, we can see the cactus flora and brown landscape of southern California, I mean the tropical jungle. Of course, we wouldn't be able to see those features if the snow hadn't suddenly disappeared.
The lab the scientists worked at in Panama was operated by the HHS (U.S. government). There weren't any facilities available in the U.S.? [Insert your favorite conspiracy theory here.]
At 48:20, the layman with some medical knowledge stitched the wound closed without cleaning it. At 53:06, he noticed the wound's infected (duh!). Those bacteria sure worked fast!
At 51:31, how many supplies helpful to the living did they hope to find at a morgue?
How is it that the extremely cold air had not yet reached the North Pole? Normally, that's where it comes from.
At 56:22, a guy who had retired to the tropics kept snow chains in his truck.
The scene when Andrea died is just ridiculous. The sliding slab Mike was lying on got stuck, which is apparently the morgue version of "the car won't start." Mike could have moved to a different compartment. Andrea might have fit in the same one with him, since they were both thin. If she hadn't paused to give him her engagement ring, which wasn't going anywhere after she froze, she might have had time to reach safety.
At 1:00:08, there's a glacier blocking the road, and Oscar blithely said, "find another road." This is so stupid the movie made fun of itself. Less than 2 minutes later, Jill saw the ocean straight ahead, where the glacier supposedly was. Jill then suggested it would be better to drive over the (not smooth) sea ice than the (smooth) roads that have gotten icy. Why not drive over the nearby frozen beaches instead of 30-50 feet offshore, risking themselves and the pandemic cure falling through the ice? If the truck hadn't been lost, wouldn't this route have been even slower than the road they were travelling faster (presumably) on, and over which Reggie told them they were not moving fast enough?
At 1:05:13, Sara told Mike they "have to hurry" (to leave the one place that saved their lives when she knew there was a second blast of frigid air coming in 2 or 3 hours). Getting Mike to a hospital with no doctors was not critically urgent.
At 1:07:27, tires (not covered in snow chains) squealed on ice. I suppose this is possible, but it wouldn't sound like pavement. After the truck was lost, looking for shelter inside the large ship would seem to have been the smartest choice. They then proceed (slowly) on foot toward Ecuador. Are they in Colombia at this point? Also, they need to ascend from sea level to Quito's elevation of 9350 feet (2850 meters).
At 1:09:07, the ice and snow again disappeared, revealing a landscape that again looked more like southern California than the Tropics. Has any movie ever tried adding CGI vapor coming out of the actors' mouths in the supposedly cold air?
At 1:12:16, Sara wondered if Mike could help her get through the locked door. Five seconds later, she chastised him for getting out of bed.
At 1:15:01, there was an avalanche crashing along FLAT terrain, immediately after Jill told Oscar to climb UP TOWARD the avalanche. The rocks fortuitously protect them, despite their not seeking shelter.
Why do characters who are rushing in bad movies so often stop moving to remind each other that they need to hurry? Is it because it's more difficult to film actors talking and walking at the same time?
Jill sprained her ankle. Oscar crawled several feet while the movie played intense music. They should not be able to reach Quito within a few months, never mind a few hours. (At this point, the movie should have just given up and had an unhappy ending.) Oscar surmounted the rock like it's Mount Everest and said, "it's clear." What the hell did that mean? They're at the edge of a cliff. Jill nearly threw the pandemic cure off the cliff (that Oscar had not told her was there) because she couldn't possibly have crawled on hands and knees while wearing a light backpack. They somehow got past the cliff. Again, they threw the backpack containing the cure! Who knew the route into the national capital of Ecuador was not a road, but a difficult rock climb?
Who knew that a wave of frigid air is an "ice wall?" Every time I heard that, I thought of the "flat Earth" insanity.
COMMERCIAL (THE SAME ONE) EVERY BLEEPING FEW MINUTES. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!
I have maxed out the volume on my phone and headphones and I still can't hear it very well. Had to turn on captions.
This Movie sucks because it is a Political Lie.
Climate Change my foot. The Global Cabal has been working hard to trick man into giving them Trillions of dollars of tribute.
They could be “ G O Storms “ Man Made and directed to specific area’s !
Mediocre acting, extremely poor editing, plotline full of very large holes.
Tom sizemore rip
After the engines quit on the airliner….one passenger to another, "how far can we get with no engines?"…..Other passenger, "All the way to the scene of the crash."…….Apologies to Ron White
Ahhhhh….my all-time favorite thing in "B" movies….anything that happens on an airliner that the producers, director, and screenwriters know absolutely NOTHING about. Slapstick comedy at its finest……….
yeah
your full of shit
Great propaganda movie to push the false illusion that Vaccines will save the world for a virus that has a 99.9% recovery rate. Two months later they all will be complaining about their Blood Clots, Strokes and Heart Attacks. The real danger was the Ice Storms and being instantly FROZEN to death. But don't let me change the illusion. 🥴😅🤣🥶❄️
RIP Tom. I was looking for a Tom Sizemore movie and I found this one.
Al Gore's favorite flick?
The planet flip will be very drastic, Lord have mercy… we don't really know which countries will survive the Catastrophe, only God knows..
AAAAARRRGGGGG! Run for your lives!!! It's another cow fart and plant-food disaster movie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save yourselves!!!
Ok movie but the propaganda for the Al Gore crowd was disgusting!
love the fully stocked bar in the lab 👍
Do like the drug companies do, pay a little extra , put it on the fast track. Drug companies do it all the time , that's why there are so many ads for drugs on TV and so many lawyers on TV advertising that you may be entitled to a cash settlement if you were injured by that drug.
😷The Fauchi Ouchie for sure will be safe and effective and save the world because we think so.😵
