Okay, so I’ve been meaning to find some good surfing movies on Netflix for a while now. I finally got around to it, and I wanted to share my little journey with you guys.
Digging Through Netflix
First, I opened up Netflix. You know, the usual routine. I immediately typed “surfing” into the search bar. I was hoping for a bunch of obvious choices to pop up, but honestly, it wasn’t that straightforward.
I scrolled through a bunch of results. There were some documentaries, a few dramas that had surfing in them, and some stuff that was clearly not what I was looking for. It took a little bit of patience, that is for sure.
My Watchlist Method
My strategy is to add anything that even remotely looks interesting to “My List”. I figure I can always weed things out later. So, I started clicking on the little plus sign for anything that had decent cover art or a title that sounded promising.
After adding five or six, I have decided to watch the following.
- First one, looks nice.
- Second one, seem fun to watch.
- Third one, I think I am gonna like it.
Time to Watch!
Alright, I’ve got my list. The real test is actually watching these things. I’ll watch and will give a conclusion.
I did! I think the second one is my favorite.
This is just my first pass, so I’ll probably keep exploring. But I wanted to share how I actually go about finding stuff, even when it’s not super obvious. I’ll try to update you when I get time to check all the movie out!
