Okay, so I wanted to watch Criminal Minds again the other day. I’ve seen it before, you know, a few years back, but I just had this itch to revisit those thrilling cases. So, I went straight to Netflix, thinking it’d be there like it used to be. I mean, it was on Netflix for, like, forever, right? Since 2014 or something.

I typed in “Criminal Minds” in the search bar, hit enter, and… nothing. Not a single result. I was like, “What’s going on?” I thought maybe it was just a glitch or something, so I tried a few more times, but nope, still nothing.

Then I started searching online like crazy. I was really determined to watch it. That’s when I found out that Criminal Minds actually left Netflix in June 2022. All 12 seasons of it! Can you believe it? It used to be, like, the show on Netflix, and now it’s gone.

But I didn’t give up there. I kept digging. Apparently, all those seasons are now on Paramount Plus. Yeah, it’s a different platform. Oh, and I also found out that there are actually 16 seasons in total, not just 12. I always thought it was 12 only.

So, I had to make a decision. Should I sign up for a new service just for this? Well, I ended up doing it. I mean, I really wanted to watch the show, and it seemed like the only way. Oh, and I also found out that you can watch it on Hulu or with ads on Pluto TV.

Here’s a quick rundown of what I did:

  • Tried to find Criminal Minds on Netflix.
  • Searched online after finding out it was removed.
  • Discovered it’s now on Paramount Plus, Hulu, and Pluto TV.
  • Learned that there are actually 16 seasons, not 12.
  • Signed up for Paramount Plus to watch it.

Long story short

I ended up subscribing to Paramount Plus, just to watch Criminal Minds. And yeah, it took a bit of searching and figuring things out, but I’m finally rewatching the show now. It’s kind of a hassle to switch platforms, but I guess it’s worth it for a show you really love, right?
