Alright, alright, let’s gab about this “White Christmas” movie and the gifts you can get, you know, for folks who are all gaga over it. I ain’t seen the whole thing myself, too much singin’ and dancin’ for my taste, but my grandkid, she loves it to pieces. So, I been pokin’ around, seein’ what kinda stuff they sell.
First off, there’s them sweatshirts. You know, the kind with the movie name all over it? Or maybe pictures of them fellers singin’. “Wallace and Davis” they call ’em, I think. My grandkid, she’d wear that thing till it fell apart, I reckon. They got other shirts too, just plain ol’ T-shirts with the movie stuff on ’em. Good for wearin’ around the house, doin’ chores, that kinda thing.
Then there’s all sorts of, whatchamacallit, “merch”. Sounds fancy, but it’s just stuff with the movie pictures on it. Like them posters. You stick ’em on the wall, I guess. And stickers too. Kids love them stickers, put ’em on everything, drives me nuts sometimes, but what can ya do?
And for the house, they got home decor stuff. Now that’s a big word, ain’t it? Means things to make your house look pretty, I guess. Ornaments for the Christmas tree, little dangly things with the movie characters on ’em. My grandkid, she’d hang them all in one spot, bless her heart. And they got, uh, ceramic ornaments too. Sound breakable to me, but they look nice, I s’pose.

- Posters and Stickers: For decoratin’, I reckon. Kids love ’em.
- Home Decor: Stuff to make your house look fancy. Ornaments and such.
- Tote Bags and Travel Bags: For carryin’ stuff around. Good for the market.
- Record Coasters: For puttin’ your drinks on. Don’t want rings on the table, do ya?
- Blankets: For keepin’ warm on the couch. Cozy and soft.
They even got them tote bags, big ol’ bags for carryin’ stuff. Good for goin’ to the market, I reckon. Or for carryin’ all that yarn my grandkid uses for her knittin’. And little travel bags too, for when you go visitin’. And if you wanna get somethin’ real special, they got them handmade things. Someone sewed ’em or painted ’em, I guess. Costs more, but it’s, you know, unique.
Oh, and I seen these funny lookin’ record coasters. Little things you put your drinks on, so you don’t get them rings on the table. My old man, he’d yell if you didn’t use a coaster. Said it ruined the furniture. These ones got movie pictures on ’em, though. Kinda fancy for a coaster, ain’t it?
And if you really wanna spoil someone, you can get ’em a custom name blanket. A big ol’ blanket with their name on it, and maybe some movie pictures too. That’s somethin’ they’d keep forever, I bet. Warm and cozy, just the thing for a cold winter night, watchin’ that “White Christmas” movie, I s’pose.
