Patrick Chen (Shen Lin) and his wife (Zhu Zhu) are enjoying a weekend vacation with their friend in his remote cabin when a posse of sociopathic killers, led by Jack (Robert Patrick), invade the house. The men kill Patrickโs friend and stab Patrick in the heart, leaving him for dead.However, Patrick survives the attack and, as a trained doctor, knows that if he pulls the knife out of his heart, he will die instantly. His only chance of survival is to leave the knife in and attempt the impossible โ save his wife from the killers before he bleeds to death.
