I think Jude Law will do a fine job. He is much more in keeping with the Richard Harris version of Dumbledore which I rather preferred. Not that Gambon didn't do well, I just thought Harris caught the cheekiness/unorthodoxy of Dumbledore a bit better. As I'm sure Jude Law will also.
Dumbledore cannot move against Grindelwald because he knows that Grindelwald always brought out the worst of him, maybe he was afraid that he may drown again in the evil of the deathly hallows, as we all know that there was a time when he actually tempted to find the deathly hallows so that he can prove the superiority of the magical community over muggles. And he was afraid of this side of his.
And maybe because of this reason he always avoided a direct confrontation with Grindelwald, until the whole magical community asked him to put an end to Grindelwald atrocities beacuse everyone knew that Dumbledore was the only wizard who actually had the capacity of confronting Grindelwald headon despite the fact that Grindelwald was the master of the elders wand

You can't apparate into Hogwarts, that is one of the major plot devices of the Potter movies. I feel like the more movies they make the less soul and grounded atmosphere they have and its cheapening the source material. They should really stop.
