Okay, so today I got this crossword clue, “film type,” and it had me scratching my head. I’m not a huge movie buff, but I do enjoy a good crossword puzzle, so I figured I’d give it a shot.
First, I tried to think of all the different types of films I could remember. You know, like “action,” “comedy,” “drama” – the usual suspects. But none of them seemed to fit the clue, especially considering the number of letters I had to work with.
Then, I decided to do what any normal person would do – I googled it. I typed in “film type crossword clue” and hit enter.
- I scrolled through a bunch of websites, and it looks like a lot of other people were stumped by this one too.
- I saw some websites suggesting answers like “documentary” or “animation,” but those didn’t quite fit either.
- Some sites listed things like “noir” or “indie”, “horror”, and they seemed like they could be right.
Then after I read those answers, I went back to the crossword puzzle, and “noir” fit perfectly with the other words I had already filled in. It made perfect sense! I filled in the word into the puzzle.
So, yeah, it took a bit of digging, but I finally cracked the code. Sometimes the simplest clues can be the trickiest, right? It’s all part of the fun, I guess. I learned a new word today, maybe you too!
Anyway, that’s my little adventure with today’s crossword. Maybe tomorrow’s puzzle will be easier. Or maybe not, who knows? That’s the beauty of it, I suppose. You never know what you’re gonna get.
