I’ve never played the games but I have a feeling y these ghost children r possessing these robots is cuz either the owner or an employee killed them and stuck each kids body into one of the robots. Therefore the kid whose body is in the robot is possessing the robot. Going around and killing those who stay after hours as penance for their demise and eternal suffering. If I’m right, this isn’t going to be horrifying to me. More like super tragic.
