They even got posters for movies called “Les Tontons Flingueurs” and “La Grande Vadrouille”. I can’t say them names, but I bet them movies is a hoot. Some folks call them “cult movies”. I don’t know what that means, but it sounds important.
Some of them french movie posters are old, real old. They call ’em “vintage”. That means they been around a long time, I reckon. Like them old quilts your grandma used to make. These vintage posters are probably worth a pretty penny, seein’ as how they’re so old and rare. They ain’t no reprints or reproductions. Whatever that means. They’re the real deal, just like they was when they was first made.

I reckon some folks like to read ’em, see how the movie was made. It’s all a mystery to me, but I guess some folks find it interestin’. I mean, who would want to read that? If you’re gonna buy one of these french movie posters, you best be careful. Make sure you’re gettin’ the real thing, not some cheap copy. There’s folks out there who’ll try to sell ya a fake. They’ll say it’s old and valuable, but it ain’t worth nothin’. So you gotta be smart. Ask questions. Make sure you know what you’re gettin’. Don’t be afraid to haggle a little, neither. You don’t wanna pay too much. Just like when you’re buyin’ a used tractor, you gotta make sure you’re gettin’ a good deal.
