Well, let me tell ya ’bout this New Edition Story movie DVD, ya know, the one them youngsters are all gaga about. I ain’t no spring chicken, but even I heard ’bout these fellas and their singin’ and dancin’. Heard it was a real big deal on the TV, some kinda movie thing.
So, this DVD, it’s got the whole story, from when them boys was just little whippersnappers in some place called Orchard Park. Sounds like a rough neighborhood, ya know, the kind where you gotta be tough to make it. But these boys, they had talent, real talent. They started singin’ and dancin’, and next thing ya know, they’re famous. Real famous, like on the radio and all.
The movie shows all the ups and downs, ya know. Them boys workin’ hard, practicin’ all the time. Then they get big, real big. But fame ain’t always easy. There’s fights, and arguments, and money troubles, I reckon. Just like real life, ain’t it? But through it all, they stick together, mostly. They make mistakes, sure, but they learn from ’em, or at least they try to.
- It shows how they got started, singin’ on street corners and such.
- Then it shows them gettin’ famous, with all the fancy clothes and big concerts.
- And it shows the hard times too, the fights and the troubles.
Now, I ain’t watched it myself, ya know, my eyes ain’t what they used to be. But my grandkids, they watched it, and they told me all about it. They said it was real good, made ’em laugh and cry and tap their feet. They even started singin’ them New Edition songs all over the house, drove me a little batty, but it was nice to see ’em happy.
This DVD, it’s like a whole history lesson, but with singin’ and dancin’. You get to see how them boys grew up, how they changed, how they dealt with bein’ famous. It ain’t just about the music, it’s about life, ya know, about friendship and family and makin’ somethin’ of yourself even when things get tough.
Folks say it’s a biography, a mini-series they call it. Three parts, mind you, that’s a lot of singin’ and dancin’. Heard it was on somethin’ called Paramount Plus, whatever that is. These youngsters and their fancy gadgets, I tell ya. But this DVD, it’s somethin’ you can hold in your hand, somethin’ real. No need for no internet or fancy stream-a-ma-jiggy.
And you can watch it whenever you want. No need to wait for it to come on TV, no need to pay no monthly bill. Just pop it in the player, and there they are, them New Edition boys, singin’ and dancin’ right there in your livin’ room. It’s like havin’ your own little concert.
Now, I heard some folks talkin’ about special features and such. Apparently, that’s why folks buy these DVDs instead of them old VHS tapes. Said somethin’ ’bout commentary and extra content. Back in my day, we didn’t have none of that fancy stuff. You watched your movie, and that was that. But I guess it’s nice to have all the extras, if you’re into that sort of thing.
Some folks are lookin’ to buy this DVD, seems like they can’t find it to watch online, or rent, or download. They want to own it, ya know, have it on their shelf. And I don’t blame them. There’s somethin’ special about havin’ a real movie, somethin’ you can touch and hold. It’s like havin’ a piece of history.
So, if you’re lookin’ for a good movie, somethin’ with music and heart and soul, you might want to check out this New Edition Story movie DVD. It’s a story about dreams and hard work and makin’ it big, even when the odds are stacked against you. And ain’t that a story worth hearin’?
I seen somethin’ about a collection too, the Best of New Edition on DVD. Now that sounds like a real treat, all them fellas’ best moments in one place. Must be somethin’ special for them young’uns who like this music so much.
Anyways, that’s all I gotta say about this New Edition DVD. It’s a good story, a real feel-good story. And sometimes, that’s all you need, ya know? A little bit of music, a little bit of dancin’, and a whole lot of heart. Go on and get yourself a copy, you might just enjoy it.
