“You talk about it… but I live in the nighttime world.” Lionsgate has revealed an official trailer for an indie horror anthology feature film called The Night Time World, which will be ready to watch on VOD at the end of January 2025. This is the first time we’ve heard of this, and it hasn’t popped up at any other festivals from what we can tell. Experience four spine-chilling stories woven into one dark and seductive fantasy. A late-night podcaster reveals his own tales of horror as he is pulled into the unspeakable world of an ominous caller who claims to be a real vampire. Four unique filmmakers knit their harrowing narratives together to create a film of life, death, and resurrections. This series has more retro vibes similar to The Twilight Zone or Tales From Darkside. The cast includes Doug Henderson and Selina Flanscha. The vampire theme of this podcast story is the most interesting, but there’s some glimpses of other freaky tales to enjoy inside.
