Okay, so, I had this idea to kill some time, right? I was thinking, why not make a list of horror movies that start with the letter “N”? Sounds simple enough, yeah?
So I started by, you know, just brainstorming. I scribbled down every title I could think of that fit the bill. Then, I hit up the internet, just to see what I might be missing. I typed “horror movies that start with the letter N” into the search bar and… whoa. Way more results than I expected.

- Nightmare on Elm Street

I started digging through these websites, and man, there’s a ton of info out there. Some sites ranked the movies by critic scores, some by audience scores, and some just listed them alphabetically. It was a bit of a mess, honestly. I found sites talking about the “best horror movies of 2024,” and others going on about the “200 best horror movies of all time.”
I spent a good chunk of time just browsing, clicking on different titles, reading summaries, and watching trailers. I even stumbled upon some discussions about the big horror franchises. I read something about someone talking about A Nightmare on Elm Street franchise.
After a while, I started to feel a little overwhelmed. There are just so many movies out there! But I managed to put together a decent list of horror movies that start with “N”. It’s not perfect, but it’s a start. Maybe I’ll add to it later, or maybe I’ll just watch one of these movies and call it a day. We’ll see!
