Yo, lemme tell you somethin’ about them horror musical movies. That stuff, it ain’t like them other movies. It’s got singin’ and dancin’, but it’s also got, ya know, the scary stuff. Makes ya jump outta your seat, I tell ya!
That Rocky Horror Picture Show, I seen that one. That one, it was somethin’ else. That doctor, Frank-N-Furter, he was a strange one. Buildin’ that muscle man, Rocky, in his laboratory. It was crazy, singin’ and carryin’ on like that. People go to see that one late at night, dressin’ up and yellin’ at the screen. They sure love that horror musical.
They got other ones, too. Some about vampires, some about ghosts, all kinds of scary things. But they sing about it. Makes it, I don’t know, different. Like, you’re scared, but you’re also tappin’ your foot. It’s a strange feelin’, that’s for sure.

I seen one about a plant, a big ol’ plant that ate people. Sang about it, too. “Feed me, Seymour!” That’s what that plant said. Big green thing, with teeth and all. That one was a horror musical, too, I reckon. It was kinda funny, but also kinda scary. That plant was somethin’ else, eatin’ people like they was candy.
I heard they been makin’ these horror musical movies for a long time. Back in the old days, even. They had one about a barber, cuttin’ people’s throats. Singin’ while he did it, too. That’s just creepy, ain’t it? But some folks like that, I guess. They like the singin’ and the scary all mixed up together.
There is a movie about the devil, he is singin’ and dancin’, and want to get people’s soul, that is one of the horror musical movies. The devil wearin’ a fancy suit, and got a beautiful voice, singin’ and tryin’ to make people do bad things. If you do bad things, then you go to hell, that is not good.
One time, I saw a movie about a big hairy beast. It was a werewolf movie, which is a kind of horror musical movies. He was a man, but when the moon is full, he become a beast, and start to eat people. There is a song about the beast, and the song is kinda good.
People like to make horror musical movies about a guy called Frankenstein. He is a monster made by a crazy doctor. The doctor is very smart, he put different people’s body parts together, and make a new person, but the person is a monster. There is one horror musical movie about him. The doctor is singin’ about his creation, and the monster is also singin’ too.
If you like bein’ scared, but you also like singin’ and dancin’, then maybe you should watch one of these horror musical movies. They ain’t for everybody, that’s for sure. But some folks, they just love ’em. They go to the theater, all dressed up, and they sing along with the movie. It’s a whole thing, I tell ya.
I don’t know why they like it so much. Maybe it’s ’cause it’s different. Maybe it’s ’cause it’s fun to be scared and entertained at the same time. Or maybe they just like seein’ people sing and dance while they’re gettin’ chased by monsters. Whatever it is, these horror musical movies, they got a lot of fans. That Rocky Horror one, especially. People been watchin’ that one for years and years. They just can’t get enough of it.
So, if you’re lookin’ for somethin’ different to watch, maybe give one of these a try. Just be prepared, ’cause it ain’t your usual movie. It’s got all the singin’ and dancin’, but it’s also got the blood and guts. It’s a horror musical, after all. And that means it’s gonna be a little bit scary, and a little bit, well, musical. If that is what you like, just go for it.

That is one of the famous horror musical movies. I think the music in that movie is very good, even if you don’t like horror movies, you can still listen to the songs.
