Alright, so you wanna know about that It movie, the one from 2017? Yeah, I saw that one. Scared the bejesus outta me, I tell ya! But, you know, it was kinda good too, in a creepy, crawly kinda way. Let me tell you what I remember, though I ain’t got no fancy script or nothin’ like that.
The Beginning, Kids, and a Clown
It all starts with this rain, lots and lots of rain, like a real frog-strangler. And there’s this kid, Billy, I think his name was. He’s makin’ a little paper boat for his little brother, Georgie. Cute little fella, Georgie was. Then, wouldn’t ya know it, that boat goes floatin’ down the street and into a storm drain.
And that’s where we see him for the first time. Pennywise, that creepy clown. He’s got this white face and this red hair, and them teeth… oh Lord, them teeth! He talks all nice and sweet to Georgie, tryin’ to get him to reach down for the boat. And Georgie, bless his heart, he trusts that clown. And then… well, you can guess. That clown ain’t no good, not one bit.

The Losers’ Club and Their Fears
So, Georgie’s gone, and Billy’s just heartbroken. He ain’t gonna let it go, no sirree. He gets together with his friends, a whole bunch of ‘em. They call themselves the “Losers’ Club,” which ain’t a very nice name if you ask me. But they’re good kids, just a little… different. And they’re all scared of somethin’.
There’s this fat kid, Ben, who’s always readin’ and buildin’ stuff. He’s scared of bullies and stuff but he likes history. And there’s this mouthy kid, Richie, always crackin’ jokes, even when he shouldn’t be. He’s scared of clowns, wouldn’t ya know it. Then there’s this girl, Beverly, the only girl in the group. She’s got it rough, that one, with a bad daddy and all. She’s scared of, well, her daddy mostly, and of blood I reckon.
And there’s a couple more, but I can’t rightly remember all their names. One of them’s scared of germs, washes his hands all the time, and another one is always worrying about his mama. The point is, they’re all scared, and that clown, he feeds on their fear. Like a dang mosquito, suckin’ the life outta ya.
Facing the Fear, Fighting the Clown
These kids, they start seein’ things, scary things. Things that ain’t real, but feel real enough. That clown, he can make himself look like whatever scares you the most. For Beverly, it’s her daddy, all covered in blood. For Richie, it’s clowns, lots and lots of ‘em. For Billy, it’s Georgie, but twisted and wrong.
But these kids, they’re tough. They stick together, they help each other. They figure out that this clown, this “It,” it comes around every 27 years to feed on the town’s fear. And they decide they ain’t gonna let it happen no more. They gotta fight back, even if they’re just kids. They go down into the sewers, that’s where the clown lives, like some kinda dirty rat. And they face their fears, one by one. It ain’t easy, let me tell ya. Lots of screamin’ and runnin’ and almost gettin’ eaten. But they do it. They beat that clown, at least for a while.
The Ending, and a Promise
They make a promise, these kids. If that clown ever comes back, they’ll come back too. They’ll fight it again, no matter how old they are, no matter how scared they are. And then they go their separate ways, grow up, try to forget what happened. But some things, you just can’t forget. And that’s the end of the movie, pretty much. Left me shiverin’ in my boots, it did. But like I said, it was good too. Showed them kids bein’ brave and stickin’ together, even when things got scary as all get-out.
Now, you go on and find that script if you want all the details. I just told you what I remember, the important parts, the parts that stuck with me. And let me tell ya, that clown… he’ll stick with you too, whether you like it or not.
