Bill Skarsgård IT makeup and cgi on him didnt scar me at all compare to the Tim curry It pennywise the original IT was wayy more creeper and evil compare to this! cgi one he used freak me out as a child in 2011 this one
the original pennywise had better makeup and he made my heart beep ever time he goes in the screen this clown is strightup crap! sure they can make it look more scary cuz of the cgi but in the end the tim curry one was the real evil clown compare to this wannabe junk cgi one!

This is one of the best horror movies I’ve ever seen along with chapter 2. I loved both movies. Both are great movies and both are scary as hell. I was entertained the entire time. Bill Skarsgard did an awesome job playing Pennywise. These are some of my favourite movies. I’m honestly looking forward to the new Welcome To Derry series. Took me years to watch them but I’m glad I finally saw them. Amazing movies.

Was very pleased to have watched Chapter 1 after reading the book six days ago. The cast was just fantastic, for both the Losers Club and Pennywise. While it deviates from the novel a bit, I give big praise to the producers for keeping true to the themes and essence of the story. It really scares and emotionally moves you in all the right moments.
