2. I can't condone what the boys did but part of me feels empathy for them. Their father exploited their youth and naivete. Having an abusive parent should be considered a mitigating circumstance, the fact that their own father would even pull them into this is a red flag.

6. These three boys never had a chance with parents like that. Dad was a murdering sociopath and mom was a delusional whack job that brainwashed her kids since birth. I lived in AZ when this happened and I remember it all well. Donny should’ve stayed away in the military. Ricky and Ray weren’t the brightest bulbs in the pack, both being emotionally stunted by their mom’s fantasies and taken to the prison every damn weekend to visit Gary so he could fill their heads with more shit. They never even had a job or a date. Dorothy Tison ruined her son’s lives. Scary how one wrong decision can ruin your life, and other’s as well.

8. Love how the cop puts that mouthy babe in her place when she questioned why police wanted to talk to Dorothy Tison. A little presumptuous to interfere in police business.

15. Randall was a serial killer who was born in Hannibal, Missouri I wish they would make more movies of past crimes like this it's actually entertaining to learn about history and when I was a kid I used to hate history class

19. 📌The original TV version is actually better than this movie, in my opinion. "Killer In The Family" 1983. It gives a more in-depth look of the lives of the family before going directly into the prison escape. You guys and gals probably should check it out. (Oh and with absolutely NO ads.)🍿😂
