27. Looks interesting. Nice to see a change of pace in a horror film. This comes from the same director who made Hereditary, so I'm sure this will be a good movie. 💜

29. I've seen a lot of horror movies over the years but I've never seen anything like Hereditary and whatever this will be like.
    Little bit of a spoiler for hereditary. Read at your own discretion.

    Horror movies over the years can be placed into several groups, Twisted Human Nature, Demons, Ghosts/Spirits, Natural Disasters, and monsters. What separates Hereditary from movies involving ghosts and demons is that the people inside are TRYING to summon the demon they worship as compared to unintentionally summoning one. What's more is that the summoning actually worked and it's now looking for a host that was promised to it by their summoners. And that's what we saw throughout the whole movie. The process of that happening. But what truly separates this from a regular spiritual possession is the fact that the Demon isn't from a lower class. Nope. What was possessing the boy was one of the Generals of Hell. We've never seen a high class demonic force possess a body and actually succeed. So I'm looking forward to this.
