Okay, so I wanted to check out the local movie scene here in Lincolnton. First, I grabbed my phone and started searching.
Finding the Theater
I opened up my browser. I typed in “movie theaters near me.” I also add the city name “lincolnton”.
And found some names of movie theather, I clicked through and browsed.
Checking Showtimes and Picking a Movie
- I looked at the showtimes.
- I compared the movie options. There were a couple of new releases that looked interesting, and a few older ones playing too.
- I checked what time worked best with my schedule.
The Experience
Driving to the theater was no big deal, I am familar with the location, so I did not use map tools. I found a parking spot pretty easily.
Inside, I went straight to buy tickets. I also got some popcorn and a drink – gotta have the classic movie snacks, right?
The movie itself was great. Sound system worked perfect! Definitely a fun way to spend a few hours.
After the movie ended, I just headed back home. Overall, a good, relaxing day at the movies. Might do it again next week!
