Okay, so I’ve been meaning to check out the movie scene in Utica, NY, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a journey. I started out, like most folks do these days, by hitting up the internet.
First, I typed in “movie theaters in Utica, NY” into the search bar. Right away, I got a bunch of results. It was clear that there were a few options in town, places like “Cinema Capitol,” “Marquee Cinemas – Orchard 14,” and “The Stanley” popped up. Some other places a bit further out, like in Rome and Manlius, also showed up. I made a list of the theaters in Utica first.

And it looks like renting out a theater for a private event can get pretty pricey, depending on the day and time. The last thing that I searched for was the news about the movie industry, and I noticed that “Mufasa” and “Sonic 3” were hot topics recently. It seems there is some buzz about who will be at the top.
