Alright, lemme tell ya ’bout this Netflix thing, the “netflix levels fyi” stuff. Sounds fancy, but it’s just about how they pay folks and what jobs they got. Don’t get all confused with the big words, it ain’t rocket science.
So, Netflix, ya know, the place where ya watch them shows and movies? They gotta hire people, right? They got all sorts of folks workin’ there. And they gotta pay ’em, ain’t nobody workin’ for free! So, this “levels fyi” thing, it’s like a list. A list of jobs and how much they pay. Like a menu, but for jobs instead of food!
Now, they got these levels, see? Like steps on a ladder. They start at L3, that’s the bottom rung. And they go up, L4, L5, all the way up to L7. The higher ya go, the more money ya make. Makes sense, right? If ya know more, ya get paid more.
- L3 is the beginner level. You ain’t gonna be makin’ a fortune here, but it’s a start.
- L4 is a bit better, ya get more money.
- L5, now that’s where the big bucks start rollin’ in. They call that senior level.
- L6 and L7, well, them’s the top dogs. They make the big decisions and get the big paychecks.
Now, how much money we talkin’ about? Well, it depends on the level, of course. And what kinda job ya doin’. For them software engineer folks, the ones who make the website and apps work, they can make a whole lotta money. I heard some of ’em makin’ over a million bucks a year! Can ya believe that? A million bucks! That’s more money than I’ll ever see in my life!
But even at the bottom level, L3, they ain’t doin’ too bad. A couple hundred thousand bucks a year. That’s still a lot of money, more than most folks make. So, if ya good with computers, maybe ya should try to get a job at Netflix!
They also got benefits, ya know. Like health insurance and stuff. They say it’s worth over ten thousand dollars a year. That’s a nice chunk of change. Helps pay the bills, ya know.
And get this, they even let folks work from home! Yep, no need to go into the office. Ya can just sit on your couch in your pajamas and work. That’s pretty sweet, if ya ask me. No more fightin’ traffic!
So, this “netflix levels fyi” thing, it’s just a way to see how much they pay people and what kinda jobs they got. And from what I hear, they pay pretty good. Especially if ya a software engineer. So, if yer lookin’ for a job and ya good with computers, maybe Netflix is the place for ya.
Just remember, the higher the level, the more money ya make. And Netflix seems to be a good place to work, with good pay and benefits. And ya might even be able to work from home! Can’t beat that, can ya?
