Well, I’ll be! Seems like folks are all in a tizzy ’bout some Netflix somethin’ or other, a “Holmes” they call it. Heard my grandkids jabberin’ about it, somethin’ ’bout a crossword puzzle too. Now, I ain’t never done one o’ them crosswords myself, always seemed like too much brain work for an old woman like me. But this Netflix Holmes, seems like it’s a big deal.
Folks keep askin’ about this “Netflix Holmes” character. Seems like Millie Bobby Brown plays her, this “Enola” they call her. Not like the Sherlock Holmes I heard tell of on the radio back in the day. This one’s a young’un, a girl, solvin’ mysteries and such. Can you believe it? A little gal outsmartin’ grown folks.
Now, from what I gather, this Enola Holmes is all over them crossword puzzles. Seems like every paper and online thingamajig has clues about her. “Netflix Heroine Holmes,” they say. Five letters, gotta be “Enola,” right? Seems simple enough, even for an old gal like me. They even got other clues too, like “Netflix’s ___ Holmes.” Still Enola, I reckon. Heard tell there’s all sorts of different ways they ask about it, but it all boils down to the same thing, that Millie Bobby Brown girl.
- They ask for the character’s name.
- Sometimes they ask for the actress’s name.
- Sometimes just ’bout the Netflix show.
Heard tell there’s lots of answers, but “Enola” seems to be the one folks are lookin’ for most of the time. Guess that girl made a real splash, huh? Never thought a little lady could cause such a fuss. But then again, times are changin’, ain’t they?
Folks are searchin’ all over for this “Netflix Holmes” crossword answer. Seems like it pops up all the time. January, April, December… this Enola girl is everywhere! Must be a popular show, or maybe folks just like them crossword puzzles. Can’t say I understand it myself. Give me a good ol’ soap opera any day.
And you know what else? This crossword stuff, it ain’t just about Enola. They got clues about all sorts of things. Heard tell of a “Elle Woods” character and some fella named “Sherlock Holmes” who lived at “221B Baker Street.” Sounds like a bunch of made-up nonsense to me, but I guess that’s what them puzzles are all about, makin’ you think and guessin’ and whatnot.
Now, I heard some folks even use them newfangled “Alexa” contraptions to help them with these crosswords. Just ask the thing for a word, and it’ll give it to ya. Imagine that! Back in my day, we had to use our own brains, or a dictionary if we were feelin’ fancy. But I guess that’s progress for ya. Makes you wonder what they’ll come up with next.
Anyways, this Netflix Holmes and her crossword puzzle clues, it’s all a bit much for me. But if it keeps folks entertained, I guess it can’t be all bad. Just remember, even if you don’t know all the fancy words and such, there’s always a way to figure things out. Just like that Enola girl, I reckon.
