  1. I mean, it looks pretty cool on everything but I would’ve considered a classic just yet. It hasn’t even come out yet… but seriously it looks pretty cool a lot darker and very appealing but meh it’s just a rehash of the old one done with a lot better elemental stuff. That obviously weren’t available back then.

  2. that hand over the houses reminds me of the scene in Fantasia (1940) where the devil guy reaches all the souls of the town. could it be the same thing in Nesferatu?

  3. As much as I look forward to this movie, I'm not sure what it will say about America if this opens big on Christmas Day 😉

  4. Thats it right? Weve gone back to the inception of movie making to recycle some of the earliest cinema. Hollywood will HAVE to write something new now… Wont they?

  5. Very excited. Wish it wasn’t coming out on Christmas. I can see it making negative zero money dollars in that time period. It deserves a better release date.

  6. Feel like Eggers made his first three movies just so he could get the budget for this one. Seeing his name attached to Nosferatu makes so much sense.

  7. Dracula is a 1897 g0thic h0rr0r novel by Irish auth0r Bram St0ker = A B00K

Read it, read it, read it…

  8. Those who don’t know..Nosferatu original movie had a close resemblance to the Bram stocker’s Dracula..The movie got a copyright infringement and all the copies of the movie were destroyed that time until it was found like some year before..

  9. Robert Eggers is the gold standard, true genius – a craftsman of gothic horror artistic sciences. FW Murnau has waited 98 years for this resurrection & it is well worth the wait.
