Wood’s base salary dropped slightly from his 2023 total of $1.2 million, the company’s compensation committee determined that only 4 percent of the CEOs total compensation should be paid in salary, with the rest more heavily weighted towards equity awards “to further strengthen the alignment of the interests of our CEO with the interests of our stockholders.”

Roku CFO Dan Jedda saw his total pay package fall to $3.3 million in 2024 after hitting $18 million the prior year. The decrease came as Jedda received $16.6 million in stock awards in 2023, after he had joined the company in May 2023. The stock awards were new hire equity awards that represent four years of award vesting.
