Split Official Trailer 2 (2017) – M. Night Shyamalan Movie

While the mental divisions of those with dissociative identity disorder have long fascinated and eluded science, it is believed that some can also manifest unique physical attributes for each personality, a cognitive and physiological prism within a single being.

Though Kevin (James McAvoy) has evidenced 23 personalities to his trusted psychiatrist, Dr. Fletcher (Betty Buckley), there remains one still submerged who is set to materialize and dominate all the others. Compelled to abduct three teenage girls led by the willful, observant Casey (Anya Taylor-Joy, The Witch), Kevin reaches a war for survival among all of those contained within him—as well as everyone around him—as the walls between his compartments shatter apart.

  1. “Now it’s closed. Now it’s opened” would have been a great scene if “did you think it was a real window, so you could leave?” Didn’t follow. That ruined it. It took away the innocence of the little boy, and was too blatant of an attempt to be scary. It would have been better if something like this had followed: “Do you think I draw good?” Or “Can I draw you a picture?” Or “Do you want to draw with me now?”

  2. This movie franchise disgusts me. It contributes to the misinformation about DID. People who are a system and have DID, ARE NOT MONSTERS.

  3. I was actually quite disappointed with this movie. Not much happened. It was boring. Totally overhyped. The trailer makes it look better than it actually is.

  4. Please, don’t believe this movie!! If you are really interested in Multiple Personality Disorder check out the channel „DissociaDID“.
This movie is complete bullshit and harmful to people who have actually suffered unbelievable childhood traumas and therefore developed a personality disorder. These people are NOT dangerous!!
