4. Here is a young girl with a serious illness in a hospital bed, who is made up with eye make up and lip stick ? What would motivate the director, for she/he is ultimately responsible for all decisions, to do this ? It seems to me it is one more example of the adultification and in this case, sensualization and broadest sense, sexualization of children. Boooooooooooo to the Producers and Director on this call. The movie was pretty good, but the ending sucked.

20. The opening portion of this film is so moving.

21. The outburst against doctors at 17:20 or so is largely unwarranted the way it plays. But 20+ years ago the doctors could and should have acted in unison to force the legal system and the insurance companies to act on behalf of the legitimate need to provide all Americans with healthcare, not as a right, but as a benefit of citizenship. Doctors have completely lost control of healthcare, which is precisely what the Socialists, starting with Hillary Clinton, wanted.
