  1. I loved it. I'm Scottish on both sides. My fathers mom comes from Scottish Picts, and my mothers mom came from Scottish vikings. I didnt realize this till I got older because I never did an assignment of a family tree in school. Wish I had. My mom thought I was more German than anything else because her father's grand-family came over from there, but after researching family names, it would seem I am more Scottish. Lol 😆 oddly enough I have always loved Scottish historical novels. I guess my heritage called to me naturally, from a young age. It's great to find you belong to something you've always admired.❤

My Daughters Found Me a Book , World of The Celts , all names Even those in I / O ends are Us as I told My Green Eyed Sister in Law FUSI , What a SweetHeart , We are all United , They Steal all Your MONEY .. Ask TRUMP who he Is ? A Non Stop LIE …

  3. This film is FANTASTICALLY written and EPICALLY preformed. I DID NOT want it to end !! We MUST have a sequel, that would be AMAZING. This is perhaps the GREATEST MEDIEVAL film that I've had the PLEASURE of viewing! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!

  4. I've seen this movie a few years ago & I found it just as captivating the second time.
Fantastic story line, characters, actors and doesn't matter the budget, a flipping good film. Thanks for sharing!.

  5. I enjoyed this very much.
As an independant film, it was very professional & the acting was first class, the clothing & community was authentic.
Cinematography & production was super & spec f/x was spot on.

Its a pleasure to see something like this as opposed to the
" Hollywoodisation" of the history of the United Kingdom.
It just shows, you get a far superior film without the razzle dazzle of American film industry hype.

Thank you for this brilliant film
    Well worth watching.
    I couldnt fault it
    Peace

  6. I always knew on my dads side of our family we came from the Highlands & i traced my actual forefathers to Inverness

Then i found out i was direct descendant of Janet Horn from
    Dornoch just north of Inverness
She was burned as a witch!

On my mums side & her maternal ancestors were Basques
My grandfathers ( my mum dad)
Came from both Denmark & Norway.

I had so much fun & surprises looking into my past.
Im still not finished yet, it gets so complicated & a Geneologist told me to take one family branch & stick with that because its too tempting when trying to look at various branches to veer off & you end up in a mire.

I therefor stuck to my own surname & my fathers, to research back to.
So far, ive found out we have
Direct ancestry in the Ross Clan
The Stewart Clan & a small Scottish family traced to Elgin.

As i live in North Northumbria on the east coast & just 45mls from the Scottish Borders.
I have toured around Scotland all my life, working up at
Loch Rannoch, & holidaying in the
    Outer Hebrides.
I feel such affinity with Scotland
& certain areas stir up such evocative feelings & deep longings.
I love watching these films, just the scenery & music alone, gives me chills.

    Thanks for the upload
    Peace
    🇬🇧👧

  7. Very nice movie! I loved it. Don't be discouraged of the too loud of music at the beginning, it gets better about 4-5 minutes in! I left a discouraged comment when I first came to this movie, then about 20 minutes later gave it another try! I'm not disappointed that I came back. Give it a chance!

  8. I can imagine this is a very nice movie, but I can't get myself to sit through it when the music is louder than the speaking. Thank you any way, for sharing.
