Well, let me tell ya, those 90s, they were somethin’ else, weren’t they? Folks were watchin’ all sorts of things on them VCRs and whatnot. And let me tell ya, some of them movies, they weren’t for the faint of heart. Now, I ain’t gonna lie, I heard tell of some movies that made folks blush somethin’ fierce. They called ’em top 90s porn movies, or somethin’ like that.
I remember hearin’ the youngsters whisperin’ about ’em. Said they had these things called “remastered VHS tapes” and “DVDs.” Imagine that! Spendin’ good money on them things. But I guess folks were curious, you know? Wanted to see what all the fuss was about. They said these movies were “hardcore” and had all sorts of “fetish” stuff. Don’t ask me what that means, I’m just tellin’ ya what I heard.
Now, they had all sorts of these movies, it seems. Some fella told me there was a whole list, pages and pages of ’em. Said they had names like “Blissful Genuine Sex: Penetration.” Land sakes! What kinda name is that? And they talked about resolution, somethin’ about “1920 x 1090.” Sounded fancy, but I ain’t got a clue what it means. All I know is, folks were watchin’ it.
- Dirty socks and such: Them young fellas, they were just learnin’ the ropes, if you catch my drift. And these movies, well, they were part of that, I guess. Folks said it was the age of dirty socks under the bed. Guess that means they were busy watchin’ them movies instead of doin’ laundry.
- Classics they called ’em: They even had a name for ’em – “classic porn movies.” Said they were from the 90s. And they were gatherin’ ’em up, puttin’ ’em on the internet or somethin’. Said it was a “hot collection of retro porn.” Retro, huh? Guess that’s what they call old things these days.
And it wasn’t just any ol’ movies, mind you. They said these were the “greatest porn ever made.” Can you believe that? They even made a list, called it the “Adult Bucket List.” From 1965 to 2023, they said. That’s a lotta years and a lotta movies, I reckon. And they had all kinds, even ones with “Black Girl 90s.” No ads, they said. Guess folks don’t like waitin’ around to see what they wanna see.
Now, if you ain’t never seen one of these movies, they said it’s quite a journey. But if you have, well, you probably know all about the “best classics” and the “top-rated films.” They said these movies “broke the ground.” I ain’t sure what that means, but it sounds important. Maybe they were different from what came before. Maybe they were bolder, or somethin’.
More things I heard:
- They were always talkin’ about certain stars. Can’t recall the names now, but they were famous, seems like.
- And the stories, oh my! They weren’t just, you know, gettin’ down to business. They had plots and characters and all sorts of things. Sometimes it was funny, sometimes it was, well, let’s just say “intense.”
- And the music! I remember hearin’ some of them songs on the radio. Catchy tunes, some of ’em. But then I’d hear ’em in a different context, and it was a whole different story, let me tell ya.
So, yeah, them top 90s porn movies, they were a thing, alright. Whether you watched ’em or not, you probably heard about ’em. They were part of the culture, I guess. And while I ain’t sayin’ it’s right or wrong, it’s just somethin’ that happened. And now, all these years later, folks are still talkin’ about ’em. Guess that means they made an impression, one way or another.
They said you can find them movies in “digital and remastered formats” now. Fancy, huh? Guess that means they look better than them old VHS tapes. But I reckon the stories are still the same. And the folks who watched ’em back then, well, they probably remember ’em just fine, even without the fancy new formats. It was a different time, that’s for sure. And them movies, well, they were part of it.
