What a bad ass and satisfying movie to watch. So glad I watched it.
His brother was the actor who played the villian in the original Beverly Hills Cop (1984 or '85?), Victor Maitnan or however it's spelled. Recognized him right away. So cool to see him on camera again after all these years, today being July 13, 2024 so 40 years since then. This movie came out in 2014 so I'm pretty certain he's retired. Anyway, too much coffee I can't stop talking ๐ , cheers.
Messaging: The cops are worse than useless. The cops are nothing but clowns. At the end of this film, I end up despising the worthless police, even more than the hoodlums. Here in the US, we still have the 2nd Amendment. As for the Brits, Australians and Canadians? Tough luck, guys. You're on your own.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUNF INEXPERIENCED boys and older experienced shrewd wise men is striking. The young ones act like fools and the older guys take their time, ensuring all their bases are covered….The young ones believe wholeheartedly they got everything figured out. The reality, they know almost nothing.
