Alright, so today I wanted to check out what movies were playing at the theater in New Canaan. You know, just a regular Saturday, nothing special, but I felt like catching a flick.
First things first, I grabbed my phone and opened up my browser. I typed in something like “New Canaan movie theater showtimes” – pretty straightforward, right? I figured that’d get me where I needed to go.
The search results popped up, and I saw a few familiar names. There was something about Fandango, and another result mentioned Atom Tickets. I’ve used both of those before to buy tickets online, so they seemed like good options. I also noticed a listing for the “Playhouse” – that’s the theater I usually go to in New Canaan. Classic spot.
I clicked on the link for The Playhouse. I saw they had reserved seating, which is always a plus. No more rushing to get a good spot! They also mentioned closed captioning and recliner seats – very fancy! I love those comfy seats.

Scrolling down, I started browsing the movie listings. One of them is “Venom: The Last Dance”, I know it will be released soon.
After looking at the showtimes, I figured out which movie and time worked best for me. I chose the movie and the showtime I liked, grabbed my wallet, and bought my ticket online. Super easy.
So yeah, that’s how I figured out the movie showtimes for the New Canaan Playhouse. It was a pretty simple process, and now I’m all set for a relaxing movie day.
