Okay, so I was trying to come up with a good horror movie to watch the other night, and I remembered that I wanted to find one that starts with the letter “O”. Don’t ask me why, I just like to do these little challenges sometimes.
First, I grabbed my laptop and opened up my web browser. Then I typed “horror movies that start with O” into the search bar. I hit enter and waited for the results to load.
Browsing Through the Lists
A bunch of websites popped up, mostly listicles and stuff. I clicked on a few of them and started to scroll through.
- “Orphan” – That one sounded pretty creepy. I remembered hearing about it when it first came out.
- “The Omen” – A classic, but I’ve seen it a million times already.
- “Oculus” – Heard good things about this one too. Something about a haunted mirror, I think.
- “Ouija” – Saw it with my friends some years ago, and it was not good.
I kept looking, but nothing was really grabbing me. There were a few others like “Open Water” and “The Others,” but I either had seen them or they didn’t seem like what I was in the mood for.
Making the Choice
Finally, I decided to just go with “Orphan.” It seemed like the most interesting one out of the bunch, and I figured it would be a good way to revisit a movie I’d heard so much about. I found it on one of my streaming services, pressed play, and settled in to watch.
Well, I ended up liking it. I don’t know if it’s a new favorite or anything, but it kept me entertained, and that’s all I was really looking for anyway. So, yeah, that’s the story of how I picked a horror movie that starts with the letter “O”.
