Okay, so, I’ve been on this horror movie kick lately, right? And I just had to share my latest adventure in finding some new scary movies on Blu-ray. It all started last weekend when I was, like, totally bored and scrolling through streaming services. Nothing really caught my eye, you know?

So I thought, “Why not check out some physical media?” I mean, there’s something cool about having an actual disc, plus you sometimes get those sweet bonus features. And I have got a Blu-ray player that wasn’t being put to good use, so, let’s go!

First, I hit up some websites to see what’s even out there in terms of recent horror Blu-ray releases. Browsed through a bunch of lists, like “Trending Blu-ray Movies” and “New Horror Releases.” I even found some articles talking about the “Best Blu-ray Movie Deals,” which, of course, got my attention. Saving money is always a plus, am I right?

After some serious digging, I narrowed down my list to a few titles that sounded promising. 4K, it was really a good format. I jotted down the names:

  • The Searchers 4K
  • The Keep 4K
  • No Country for Old Men 4K
  • Demolition Man 4K
  • Alien: Romulus 4K

They all had decent reviews, and the plots seemed pretty wild.

Next, I did a little price comparison. I mean, who doesn’t love a good deal? I checked out a couple of different online stores to see who had the best prices and if there were any special offers or bundles available. Blu-rays can get expensive. I want to save some money.

I also made sure to check for special editions or collector’s sets. Sometimes they come with extra goodies like posters, behind-the-scenes stuff, or even alternate cuts of the movie. I’m a sucker for that kind of thing.

Finally, I placed my order! I ended up grabbing “Alien: Romulus 4K” It was on sale, and I just couldn’t resist. Plus, the cover art looked amazing. I also picked up “The Keep 4K” because it had a bunch of bonus content, and I’m all about that.

Now, I’m just waiting for my movies to arrive. I’m already planning a movie night with some friends. Popcorn, scary movies, maybe some pizza. It’s gonna be awesome. I’ll definitely let you all know what I think of the movies once I’ve watched them!
